Rainbow Dog
2002
36 x 48" Oil, acrylic, and puff paint on canvas

A little hard to see in snapshots is the artist's head under the front paw of the rainbow dog. This painting was done in the 13th year of Blacky's life as homage to the little dog that ruled the artist’s life for 15 wonderful years. Blacky was buried in Costa Rica in 2003.

Priced at $2,000

Horse
1972
18 x 12 " Three color ink silkscreen on paper. This was a second attempt at silkcreening. Each of the three colored screens were created by cutting film with a blade. The film was adhered to silk, which was stretched over a wooden frame, using a nasty acetone-based solvent. The solvent literally melts the film to the silk. Imperfections of the screen are mitigated by applying a filler.
In private collection.
